World Wide Auto Group, LLC (WAG) is announcing that our new system will be going live soon, with an expected date between 12/07/2018 and 12/12/2018. This will require you to setup a new account within our new system online. If you have been using autopay in the past then that too will need to be set back up as well. Please see the image below to give you a similar example of what the login screen will look like. If the new page that you see does not resemble this then please contact us immediately to confirm its authenticity by phone at 270-642-2800 or by email at email@example.com.
You will need your VIN number or NEW Account Number, the name on the account, birth year, and email address to register your new account.
In the past, when you clicked on the “Pay Now” button you was redirected to www.RTOWebpay.com and now you will be redirected to www.eautopayment.com.
World Wide Auto Group, LLC (WAG) will begin to charge a $3.00 convenience fee on all payments that are not processed through AutoPay or paid by cash at one of our convenient locations. If you would like to pay using AutoPay, you may set this up on your own by logging on to your online account. From there you can configure your phone to receive text messages when your payment has been processed. You may also visit one of our locations to sign up for AutoPay.
World Wide Auto Group, LLC (WAG) is excited to announce that as of 06/04/2018, we are now accepting payments at all of our convenient locations. Payments can be made in the form of CASH, cashiers check, money order, Visa and Master cards.
WAG is also excited to announce that we are now offering payment terms of Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Semi-Weekly to best fit your payment schedule. You may call or drop in at one of our convenient locations to set this up today.
